THE SANCTUARY | CONDO REMODEL

This 4-story condo remodel in Capitol Hill gave a beautiful facelift to an already stunning apartment. Situated in a the oldest Byzantine style sanctuary in the US, the design of this unit intentionally bears a stark modern contrast to the building’s original architecture, leveraging the natural light and airiness of the space internally. The result is a quintessentially modern aesthetic in one of the city’s most iconic architectural buildings.
Foyer Build oversaw the full remodel, which included a fully redesigned kitchen, bathrooms, floors, stairwells, rooftop deck, lighting, custom cabinets and paint throughout.

Originally built in the 1950s, this Laurelhurst residence overlooks beautiful Lake Washington in Seattle. The new design leverages the original mid-century charm with a gallery-like aesthetic that puts the natural landscape front and center. There is an uninterrupted commitment to clean lines and minimalism, which is accomplished by our team’s shared dedication to quality and craftsmanship. Top to bottom, this renovation included a new kitchen and bathrooms, floors, stairwells, decks, lighting, custom cabinets, plumbing and paint.
